In the past few months, WhatsApp has been rolling out a series of new features, such as joinable calls, Disappeared message And stickers.
However, by November 1st, social media applications will not be available for a large number of old smartphone models-especially those with an operating system equal to or lower than iPhone’s iOS 9 and equal to or lower than Android 4.0.3.
Such devices will no longer be supported by the application because they do not have the scope to support updates. The Facebook-owned application pointed out that the move was to provide the best service to its users.
It also recommends that users choose an Android phone running OS 4.1 or higher-or an iPhone running iOS 10 or higher.
