Jobs in the UAE: The most needed IT jobs in the UAE for 2021-22-News

[ad_1]

With the increasing demand for technology, careers in a new era are emerging rapidly, providing young students and job seekers with more ways to explore.

Recruitment and human resources industry executives said that the UAE’s “new era” industry has strong recruitment momentum.

“In the current market, we are seeing an increase in roles related to cloud, software, data, security, and artificial intelligence (AI).” Mark Nancarrow, managing partner of Flow Financial and Technology, said: “We are actively recruiting technology professionals. Most verticals include big data, cloud, software and artificial intelligence architects, DevOps, security and blockchain engineers. “

Nancarrow said that experts with experience in emerging technologies are and will still be the most in demand.

“Although a degree is required, executives who continue to expand their knowledge and skills in response to technology trends will have an advantage. We also see that our customers are seeking experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP and AWS,” he added.

Michael Page’s technical consultants Ruiwise Sheriff and digital consultant Manpreet Kaur said that artificial intelligence/machine learning engineers, robotic process automation (RPA) experts, Python developers, DevOps engineers, and cloud architects/engineers are some of these roles. This will be in 2021- The most demanded in the UAE in 22 years.

High-paying IT jobs

Nancarrow expects that the company will continue to focus on data solutions to gain insights, manage data flows and integrate data sources to ensure a competitive advantage.

“As a result, we predict that the highest paying jobs in the next few years will revolve around data. Some of these roles will be data scientists, data security directors and analysts, DevSecOps experts and engineers.”

However, South Carolina did not foresee a salary increase. “The ones currently offered are very competitive in the UAE market and are in line with the candidate’s expertise.”

Michael Page experts predict that data scientists, blockchain developers, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, full-stack developers, and ML/AI engineers will become the highest paid new technology jobs in the next few years.

They revealed that UAE companies prefer candidates with knowledge and skills such as open source technologies (JavaScript, React.JS, Angular, Node and Vue.JS), data analysis, advanced Java, and network security.
