ABU DHABI, 1st February, 2023 (WAM) — The General Pensions and Social Security Authority, GPSSA will participate in several events in February 2023 to mark UAE Innovation Month, spreading critical thinking among its staff and staff and awareness among members of society of the importance of innovation.
Some of the innovation initiatives prepared for GPSSA as part of UAE Innovation Month include 25 Days Challenge, UAE Hackathon, 01 Government Platform, Customer Engagement Innovation Digital Lectures, 4th Industrial Revolution Government, Innovation Lab and Future Government Game Studio .
The 25-day challenge organized by GPSSA’s innovation team asked its Customer Happiness, Pension Operations and Digital IT departments to activate the ChatPot live chat service to respond to customer inquiries, focusing on issues related to the NAFIS programme. Currently, customer responses are handled by GPSSA’s call center.
The UAE hackathon, organized by the telecom and digital government regulator, aims to consolidate the principles of competing ideas among different organisations. The aim is to design and share positive ideas for clients while proposing innovative solutions to specific challenges.
Attendees will be invited to benefit from experts in different fields by participating in various workshops that will highlight valuable and successful solutions that benefit the community.
GPSSA’s innovation team partnered with Exantium Management Consulting to launch the 01 Government Platform with a mission to inspire and empower leaders to design the government of the future. This one-hour webinar on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 will provide strategic insights into leadership and innovation. On the second day, employees will have the opportunity to attend a digital lecture titled “Innovating with Customer Engagement.”
In addition, the public will be invited to attend a webinar titled “Government for the Fourth Industrial Revolution,” highlighting the role of GPSSA in supporting innovation. A link to the lecture will be posted and published on GPSSA’s Instagram on Wednesday 9th February 2023.
The Innovation Lab includes the development of innovative ideas suggested by insureds, pensioners and GPSSA representatives to further update data on pensioners and beneficiaries. The initiative will take place on Wednesday 15 February 2023 in the Department of Possibilities.
Finally, the Future of Government Games workshop includes different brainstorming sessions and events with employers, insureds, pensioners, beneficiaries and students, aimed at activating strategic partnerships and disseminating ideas leading to impact and building sex results.
