EDGE’s second appearance at the International Defense Exhibition (IDEX 2023) and Naval Defense Exhibition (NAVDEX 2023), the largest appearance at the event, cements its position as one of the world’s leading advanced technology groups across the defense spectrum Status and civil sphere.
As the Official Strategic Partner, EDGE will highlight its aim to significantly advance UAE-made future technologies and defense capabilities by showcasing over 100 state-of-the-art products, solutions and services in the field of autonomous systems, smart weapons, land systems , naval systems, weapons and munitions, electronic warfare, secure communications, and precision engineering.

In addition to new product launches, EDGE will also focus on complex autonomous and unmanned systems, showcasing the QX series of autonomous loitering munitions, the GARMOOSHA rotary wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and the SCORPIO unmanned ground vehicle (UGV). HALCON’s HUNTER range of loitering missiles will also be on display, including the HUNTER 2-S swarm drone with powerful artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
In the field of smart weapons, EDGE will showcase the AL TARIQ series of long-range precision guided munitions (PGM), HALCON’s DESERT STING line of air-to-ground precision guided glide weapons and SKYKNIGHT air defense missiles. Land systems on display include the AJBAN and HAFEET series of tactical military vehicles, and the RABDAN 8×8 ambulance variant. Under Naval Systems, EDGE will showcase ADSB’s broad portfolio of offshore and offshore patrol vessels and tactical interceptors.
The Arms and Ammunition sector features CARACAL’s full range of high quality firearms as well as LHAB DEFENSE SYSTEMS medium and large caliber ammunition. SIGN4L, which stands for Electronic Warfare, will showcase a full suite of products including counter-drone, convoy protection and homeland security solutions. Communications will include KATIM’s ultra-secure communication and collaboration app, smartphones and GATEWAY network dongles.
Training and services will be showcased through a variety of facility models and solutions, including BEACON RED’s suite of national security enhancement services, training solutions and RANGE ON WHEELS network testing coverage; JAHEZIYA’s full range of defense, advisory, fire and emergency response training solutions ; and HORIZON’s helicopter pilot training package. Finally, EPI’s wide range of precision engineering, machining, handling and assembly solutions will be showcased, while AL TAIF will showcase its land maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and comprehensive lifecycle support capabilities.
