UAE: Children over 15 can work under the new visa scheme-News

Earlier, the minister also announced the launch of “green visas” and freelance visas.

Under the temporary visa program, students aged 15 and above will soon be allowed to work in the UAE.

The UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, Dr. Sani bin Ahmed Al Zeyudi, spoke to reporters during the 50 project events in the UAE, which aimed to announce the first set of plans under the initiative.

The new regulations for students will allow them to gain some experience while adding value to the UAE economy.

Earlier, the minister also announced the launch of “green visas” and freelance visas.

The green visa is a work permit that provides residency for pioneers, entrepreneurs and other professionals. Freelance visas will help people work independently.

Green visa holders can guarantee their son’s visa until they are 25 years old. Usually, sons can only be sponsored until they are 18 years old.

Green visa holders can also sponsor their parents.

Earlier, ministers and senior officials gathered in Dubai to announce the first 50 new projects, which will usher in the next phase of growth in the country.
