Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Ministry of Justice has achieved a paradigm shift in the remote completion of registration transactions and judicial requests through the intelligent and electronic system of the litigation system, with a transaction volume of nearly 1 million in 2022. This includes forensic records and related registration pre-transaction, transaction and post-transaction requests, as well as those that are completed automatically using intelligent systems.
Counselor Youssef Saeed Al-Abri, Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Department of Justice, confirmed that record numbers of transactions related to judicial requests are completed at all stages of the proceedings through modern and advanced technology.
Statistics show that 642,319 applications were completed through the intelligent system, 148,595 were electronically registered in judicial archives, and 145,845 applications were accepted immediately.
Statistics from the case management system show a 9% increase in transaction volume compared to 2021.
Services for filing suits, filing requests and deliberations include websites, law firms and typing offices.
Litigants can also enjoy the services of the case system according to their categories, including special services for individuals, services of agents or legal representatives, services of lawyers, etc.
