The program lasts approximately one hour, with a 10-minute intermission. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under. 14th Annual Snyder Volunteer Fire & Rescue Mountain Oyster Fry and Texas Hold’em Card Tournament, 4 p.m., Snyder Firefighters Ballroom. You don’t have to play cards to participate in the event. Mountain oysters, chicken strips, gems, and coleslaw start at 4 p.m. The fee is $10. Drive-through service will be provided. There is also a cash bar. Race registration begins at 4:00 pm and games will start at 5:00 pm. The card tournament entry fee is $50, which includes a meal. Competition prizes will be based on the number of players.
