The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai provides 371 fancy number plates of 3, 4 and 5 digits for private and vintage vehicles and motorcycles with the code (ABCGHIKLMNOPQRSTUVWY).
The plates offered in the 70th online auction are topped by super numbers (R 595) and (A 8348).
The auction will start at 8am on Monday, February 27 and will last only five days. Auction registration on Monday 20th February. This online auction is the 70th in a series of premium number plate e-auctions.
There is a 5% VAT on the sale of license plates in this auction. Each bidder is required to open a transport file in Dubai, deposit a secured check in the amount of Dh5,000 to the RTA and pay a non-refundable participation fee of Dh120.
Payment can be made at the Customer Happiness Centers in Umm Al Ramool, Al Barsha or Deira via (www.rta.ae) by credit card or via the Dubai Drive app.
