The 19th edition of the International Property Show kicked off today (12 February) at the Dubai World Trade Centre, attracting more than 120 real estate exhibitors from more than 40 countries around the world.

Organized by Strategic Conferences & Exhibitions sponsored by Dubai Land Department (DLD), IPS 2023 is one of the largest real estate platforms in the Middle East for local and global markets.

Over the next two days, in addition to showcasing various real estate projects from many participating countries, real estate developers and sub-developers will present a package of investment opportunities in front of a large number of potential buyers.

The show was inaugurated by DLD Director General Sultan Buti Bin Mejren and was attended by International Property Show Chairman Dawood Al Shezawi, Exhibition Director Tariq Ramadan and other key players in the real estate industry.

Following the launch, Bin Mejren was accompanied by a group of event attendees and delegates on a tour of the show floor, visiting the pavilions of several participating local and global government and private organisations.

Participants hailed the 19th IPS as an event that presented new and different ideas, while being held in parallel with the UAE’s current policies that provide excellent support for the vital real estate sector.

“IPS 2023 is held in conjunction with the launch of D33, the Dubai Economic Agenda, in line with the sustainable development strategy adopted by Dubai, whose real estate market accounts for more than 9 percent of the emirate’s GDP,” Al Shezawi noted.

Al Bayari praised the event: “The show brings together an elite group of exhibitors and we hope to use this event to showcase D&B Properties’ extensive experience in servicing real estate investors worldwide.”

Giovanna Guzman, CEO of International Realty Group, calling the IPS show the largest real estate platform in the Middle East, said: “The event provides IRG with a unique opportunity to Expand business company.”
