Bollywood remake of Tamil blockbuster ‘Love Today’ by Phantom, AGS (Exclusive)

Hit Tamil Romance Comedylove today” will be remade in Hindi phantom studio united with its original producer AGSEntertainment.

Directed by Pradeep Ranganathan, this Tamil film stars Sathyaraj, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Yogi Babu, Raveena Ravi and Ivana in the lead roles. The film follows two young lovers who are forced to swap phones for a day and its aftermath.

“Today’s Love” cost $605,000 to make and grossed $12 million. It’s currently streaming on Netflix. Cast and crew details for the Hindi version have yet to be revealed.

Phantom Studios, formerly known as Phantom Films, was founded by renowned Indian filmmakers Anuragka Sharp (“Vasipur Gangster”) and his partners, director and producer Vikramaditya Motwane (“Bhavesh Joshi Superhero”) Vikas Bahl (“The Queen”) and producer Madhu Mantena (“Trapped”).their seven-year partnership Disbanded in 2018.

Formed in 2006 by Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh and Kalpathi S. Suresh, AGS Entertainment produced the hits “Santhosh Subramanium”, “Madrasapattinam”, “Anegan”, “Thani Oruvan” and “Bigil”.

The Hindi remake of “Love Today” is expected to be released in early 2024.
