[ad_1]

Williams Motorsport has announced a multi-year partnership with Gulf Oil International, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of motor oils and lubricants.

Gulf’s partnership with Williams Racing is another major signing for the team as it continues its transformative journey across the business, showcasing a new era of commercial investment in Williams Racing since its acquisition by Dorilton Capital.

Together, Williams Racing and Gulf will write a new chapter in Gulf’s preeminent motorsport, extending the partnership beyond the Formula 1 team, and Gulf will also partner with Williams Racing Driver Academy and Williams Esports. This extension ultimately helps Gulf make a difference, contribute to the careers of junior racers and showcase industry access opportunities for all.

High Octane Partnership

The high-octane partnership will see Gulf’s vibrant colors adorn the new FW45, racer suits, pit gantry and some of the team’s key pit crew. Throughout the year there will be a number of high-profile marketing initiatives that will embody a shared vision of a bright, modern future for motorsport, both on and off the track.

The partnership with Williams Racing Driver Academy and Williams Esports will ensure Gulf can reach new audiences and play a role in the younger generation’s success story. The forward-thinking partnership will also include future-proof and digital fan engagement opportunities to help Williams Racing, Gulf and Formula 1 fans get closer to the sport they love.

Matthew Savage, Chairman of the Williams Racing Board of Directors, said: “This is a sign of the strength of our brand and commercial offerings as we continue to transform. Gulf and Williams Racing have a distinguished motorsports heritage and we are building on this partnership through this partnership. Let’s make history together.”
