Aerospace leaders will outline the industry’s future roadmap at the 2021 Dubai Airshow conference – Dubai Blog

In November of this year, the Dubai Air Show took thought leadership to a new level, as it launched 9 tracks, including conferences covering all aspects of aviation, technology and space. The conference will cover a range of topics, including the role of new technologies in the air travel revolution, major changes in the cargo sector, global advancements in sustainability and autonomous transportation, as well as new space services, satellite connections, and more.

Global industry leaders will participate in the Dubai Airshow conference, including the UAE Government Cyber ​​Security Director Dr. Mohammed Al Kuwaiti; AirAsia Group Chief Operating Officer Javed Malik; Environmental Sustainability and Supply Chain Vice President Stacy Malphur, UAE Government Southwest Airlines; CVG Brian Cobb, chief innovation officer of the airport; Ashish Vikram, chief technology and innovation officer of SpiceJet, and Brian Yutko, chief engineer of sustainability and future mobility of Boeing.

The conference will be divided into different phases: hub phase, aerospace 2050 forum and technology exploration. The hub phase will host global air traffic management and cargo connections to explore how these key services can support the industry during the pandemic. Aerospace 2050Forum will showcase a series of topics dedicated to key growth areas of aerospace, including advanced air mobility, sustainability and space. In addition, the new Tech Xplore will explore cybersecurity strategies and emerging technologies that can help restart the aviation industry, including artificial intelligence, 5G, and automation. Boeing, Accenture, G42, Air BP, Intelsat, FedEx, Kuehne + Nagel, SmartKargo, NAVPASS and Lilium and other major entities in the technology, aviation and cargo fields will participate in the conference.

One of Tech Xplore’s important conferences “Contactless Travel: Using Mobile Technology to Overcome the Challenges of the Pandemic” will show how leading airlines use advanced mobile technology to ensure travel safety. In addition, as part of the Aerospace 2050 Forum, the “Investing in the Future of Sustainable Autonomous Flight” group will articulate Dubai’s mission to ensure that by 2030, one quarter of all journeys in the emirate will use autonomous transportation as part of its plans to achieve Sustainable aviation.
