‘Rock for Ronnie’ Concert to Benefit the Late Ronnie James DiorThe Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund has been scheduled for May 7th (noon-5pm) at Los Encinos Historic Park in Encino, CA.
The show, which marks the foundation’s first post-COVID event, will feature live music, silent and live auctions, and other family events. Broadcast and television personality Eddie Trank will serve as host.
The announced live performances will begin with Jason Charles Miller’s Southern Rock Band, followed by a performance by Dio Disciples (featuring Simon Wright, Scott Warren, Bjorn Englen, Ira Black, Terry Ilous and Dyna Shirasaki); the return of the Steamroller (including Dead Daisies, members of Dio and Whitesnake: Doug Aldrich, Brian Tichy, Michael Devin) performing Whitesnake songs; and Atomic Punks, an early Van Halen tribute act.
A silent auction will be held throughout the afternoon, and other “one-of-a-kind rock collectibles” will be auctioned live on stage between performances. Attendees will be able to purchase drinks and food from a variety of food trucks, and various vendor booths will sell crafts and other items.

Advance tickets are available for $50, through Event site, show-day tickets are $75. Children under 10 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult guardian.
