[ad_1]

City Walk, Merex Investment’s design-inspiring destination, is expanding its car collection with five new futuristic car showrooms.

City Walk’s Boulevard spans over 330,000 square feet and will now house leading brands such as Al Futtaim Automotive, VIP Design, Brabus, Al Damani, Voyah and Techart.

Car showrooms in the UAE are set to undergo major changes in response to the region’s booming automotive market. With passenger vehicle sales expected to double by 2026, showrooms will have to adapt to meet the demands of an increasingly diverse consumer base.

Evolving Consumer Trends

City Walk is enhancing its automotive offerings and welcoming future showrooms to cater to changing consumer trends, further cementing its reputation as Dubai’s premier destination for car enthusiasts.

These new brands will complement The Boulevard’s existing brands, which include Rolls Royce, AMG Store, Alfa Romeo, Fiat & Abarth and Cadillac. The new brand will offer a variety of models, including sports cars, luxury cars, electric cars and high-end SUVs.

“City Walk has been at the forefront of revolutionizing the automotive showroom experience. City Walk Boulevard has become home to spaces designed to give people a glimpse at the best of the brand. We have always intentionally invited automotive brands to create flagship experiences that our audience loves. Become The hub of the car showroom of the future and building a community of car enthusiasts is in line with our vision of continuously renewing all destinations,” said Shahram Shamsaee, CEO of Merex Investment.

Al Futtaim Motor Company

Al Futtaim Automotive’s flagship showroom at City Walk will showcase all of its brands, including electric vehicles. Meanwhile, a Brabus showroom will offer high-performance aftermarket tuning of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, while Al Damani, a subsidiary of M Glory Holding, will open a showroom focused on building electric vehicles. Founded in 1987, the German car tuner specializes in offering a wide range of tuning packages for existing Porsches.

All of these showrooms will be added to City Walk’s experiential automotive showroom, which has a total of 40,000 square feet of GLA on The Boulevard. It will offer the ever-growing community of car enthusiasts the opportunity to see various brands showcasing their latest technologies, innovations and craftsmanship in select models. —trade arab news agency
