Salman Khan’s Kolkata show postponed, not canceled, organizers say

Rajdeep shared that the West Bengal government and top police authorities are helping them to ensure the show runs smoothly on the scheduled date, but he “cannot disclose the steps that Salman will take during his show at City of Joy”.

Salman Khan recently received a Y+ security rating (a two-level upgrade) following email threats. The Bandra Police registered the case under Sections 506(2), 120(b) and 34 of the IPC. Earlier this week, Mumbai police jailed gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldi Brar and Rohit Gaag for allegedly sending threatening emails to Salman’s office.
