WATCH: UAE President receives Ramadan well-wishers at Qasr Al Bateen Palace – News

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a host of citizens and senior officials on Friday to greet him at the start of Ramadan.

At the reception at Qasr Al Bateen Palace, participants prayed to Allah Almighty to bring more goodness, progress, safety, security and prosperity to the UAE and its people as they relive the month of Ramadan.

Well-wishers were treated to an Iftar dinner hosted by the President of the UAE to mark the sacred occasion.

The banquet was attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the ruler’s representative in the Al Dhafra region; Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, chairman of the board of directors of the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; and Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy prime minister and minister of the interior. Will; H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidency; H.H. Sheikh Hamid bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Abu Dhabi Administration Members of the Committee; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zayed People’s High Organization of Resolve (ZHO); Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed, Member of the Bid Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office; Sheikh Theab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Zayed bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun, Special Advisor to the Presidential Courts Department Al Nahyan; and some Sheikhs, senior officials, guests and UAE citizens.
