Hilton has launched a new “farm to table” menu…
In Dubai, you rarely see a menu made with 100% local ingredients-this fact is expected to change in the coming years. However, Hilton Hotel has taken the initiative and became one of the first hotels to cooperate with the local agricultural aggregator Fresh On Table to create such a feast.
The “Growth of the UAE” menu was created to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the UAE and the launch of the 2020 Dubai World Expo. The menu is available from September 20th to December 5th and includes a range of modern dishes with an Emirati flavour.
The menu is carefully curated by some of the best chefs at the Hilton Hotel in the UAE, and includes four appetizers, three main courses and an exciting dessert, as well as some healthy non-alcoholic cocktails. Guests are invited to taste locally grown ingredients, including burrata, oysters, tomatoes, sea bass, etc.

The concept not only provides a delicious (we promised) menu, but also aims to bring light to local farmers and significantly reduce the carbon footprint of imported global agricultural products.
Although these dishes are inspired by UAE cuisine, there are also many internationally renowned ingredients. The Golden Jubilee Churros dessert is a highlight, with loqaimat flavor, date palm ice cream and 24-carat gold flakes (of course!).
Diners can order a la carte or choose a two-person discovery package, which is priced at Dh220 per person. The Discovery menu includes all four appetizers, each main course and dessert.
The growth of the UAE’s menu will be provided at the following Dubai Hilton hotels: Waldorf Astoria DIFC and Palm Jumeirah, Conrad Dubai, Hilton The Walk, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort, DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach, Business Bay and M square, Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef, Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates, and Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
