Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, announced today that it will open its first scheduled commercial Airbus A380 service in Istanbul, Turkey starting October 1. For the first time, passengers travelling to and from Turkey will have the opportunity to regularly enjoy the flight experience of this iconic double-decker jumbo jet.
Emirates will operate the A380 on its daily EK123/124 flights. Flight EK123 will leave Dubai at 10:45 and arrive in Istanbul at 14:25. The return flight EK124 will depart from Istanbul at 16:25 and arrive in Dubai at 21:50. All times are local time.
Emirates deploys its three-cabin A380, which will provide a total of 517 seats, including 14 first-class private suites, 76 mini pods with flat-bed business class seats, and 427 economy class spacious seats, each with a capacity for each flight The increase exceeds that of the current Boeing 777-300ER, which can carry 150 passengers.
First-class passengers can enjoy Emirates’ private suites and the iconic in-flight shower spa, while first- and business-class passengers can relax in the popular in-flight lounge on the upper deck. The double-decker A380 is the world’s largest commercial aircraft in service. Its spacious and quiet cabin is well received by passengers from all over the world. Emirates is the world’s largest A380 operator and currently has 118 A380s.
With the reopening of international borders and the relaxation of travel restrictions, Emirates has gradually resumed passenger services. It will operate 17 passenger flights from Dubai to Istanbul every week, including two daily flights and three time channels-morning and afternoon And night.
