A Calabasas ranch owned by former Warner Bros. executive Bob Daly and his wife Carol Byersag is on the market for $24.995 million.
Known as Oaktree Ranch, the property sits on approximately 19 acres and includes a 7,500-square-foot three-bedroom principal residence, a caretaker’s home and an eight-horse stable with a stable manager’s office.
A swimming pool, one-bath cabana and lighted tennis court add to the offerings.
Records show that Daly and Sager have owned the ranch since June 1999, which consists of two separate parcels that they purchased within days of each other. In July of that year, the Los Angeles Times reported that the couple had paid $6 million for “a 17.4-acre ranch” in the hills of Malibu. The couple also purchased an adjacent 1.43-acre lot, where the caretaker’s home sits at the ranch’s entrance, for $825,000, according to county documents.
Daly and Sager commissioned architect Mark Rios to design the main residence, a rustic modern ranch completed in 2003.
Inside the wood and glass residence is an open concept floor plan with high cathedral vaulted ceilings, skylights, and two staircases. A wall of bookcases lines the staircase leading to the master suite, which occupies the entire second floor and features an office, spa-inspired bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet.
Downstairs there are two more bedrooms connected with private bathroom, gym and home office. The main level also features the main living area and kitchen, which opens to a breakfast nook.
Other highlights include two corrals as well as chicken and pigeon coops.
Daly told the Wall Street Journal that first Report After listing, he raised a pony, miniature horses, goats, chickens and pigeons on the ranch.

Daly, 86, is the entertainment boss who leads CBS Entertainment and Warner Bros. After stepping down as chairman and co-CEO of Warner Bros. in 1999, the Brooklyn native called Bel-Air home and helped run the Los Angeles Dodgers, becoming the organization’s anchor managing partner, chairman and co-CEO. CEO. He sold the team to Frank McCourt in 2004.
