Emtelle, Kezad break ground on new $50M facility

Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi – Kezad Group and Emtelle today announced the construction in Abu Dhabi of one of the world’s largest manufacturing, distribution and R&D facilities for blown fiber plants and pipeline network solutions.

Ground was broken on the first of three development phases of the Emtelle facility, which Kezad co-supervises based on its bespoke solutions. Emtelle plans to invest approximately $50 million in three phases of development.

Emtelle aims to improve service levels for its growing client base by operating in the Middle East and Asia Pacific markets including UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.

Mohamed Al Khadar Al Ahmed, CEO, Abu Dhabi Khalifa Economic Zone, Kezad Group, said: “Today marks a historic milestone for Kezad and Emtelle as we begin the development of Emtelle’s new home in Abu Dhabi. Developing this facility under our bespoke services provides our clients with bespoke solutions to be developed according to their requirements and budget and to their specifications.”
