It is also the implementation of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed’s directive to support the development of UAE nationals and enhance their excellence in life and career.
Shawn Dilly, Director General of UAE National Schools, explained that the program is aimed at supporting students in grades 6 to 12 who are academically strong and possess unique talents.
Starting from the 2023/2024 academic year, a total of 100 scholarships will be offered to students, the scholarships will cover 25% to 100% of the school’s tuition fees, and the beneficiaries will be selected based on two categories of criteria.
The “Academic Merit” category is awarded to students who have achieved exceptional results, such as earning a high GPA, participating in extracurricular activities, and demonstrating exceptional leadership, while the “Outstanding Talent and Skills” category is awarded to students with unique talents in the fields of technology, arts, and athletics skills and excellence.
