An eviction lawsuit filed by a landlord in the Pima County Combined Judicial Court 10 days ago alleges that Stansell threatened and intimidated neighbors at gunpoint in July.

Stansell, 24, shot and killed Fox, Martinez-Garibe and a neighbor at the apartment complex before taking his own life, Tucson police said.

The claim is a prelude to a lawsuit alleging that Martinez-Garibay knew Stansell had a gun but still let Fox accompany her on deportation missions.
