The Los Angeles-born, Dubai-based multi-platinum singer-songwriter moved to the UAE to pursue a golden empire after a successful career in the US and the release of more than four studio albums. Known for her rare voice and vocal range of more than five octaves, Dulo has been dubbed the “Golden Lady.”
Attending Hollywood’s biggest red carpet events like the Grammys, Golden Globes, Oscars, Emmys, American Music Awards and more inspires Dulo to create something new and unique. “Hollywood has had stories written for years, but Dubai is the city of the future and I want to be a part of it and make history in the entertainment industry,” she said.
“I decided to create the Gold Wing Awards to reward the success stories of successful people and celebrities from all over the world. The idea for Gold Wing magazine came from my love for gold. I like to surround myself with gold, I feel that is my identity. Success to me means you “win” in this life! One has to always believe in yourself, because once you believe in yourself you can do wonders – it’s all in the head,” Persiana added.
