Fatima Bhutto, granddaughter of former prime minister Zurfikar Ali Bhutto and niece of Benazir Bhutto, tied the knot in a closed-door ceremony in Karachi.

According to information shared by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the bride’s brother, the nikkah ceremony for Murtaza Bhutto’s daughter, Fatima Bhutto, took place at the family residence at 70 Clifton, Karachi.

“I am delighted to share some good news on behalf of our father Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto and the Bhutto family. My sisters Fatima and Graham had an intimate nikkah ceremony yesterday at our home in 70 Clifton,” Zulfikar Ali Bhutto tweeted wrote.

“Fatima’s loved ones attended the ceremony at our grandfather’s library, a place that means a lot to my dear sister. Due to the difficult situation of our fellow countrymen and women, we all thought it inappropriate to celebrate,” he tweeted added.

He also called for prayers for the couple. During the “nikkah ceremony,” Fatima Bhutto’s wedding dress was simple and elegant. She opted for a white Anarkali suit with matching bracelets and a silver maang tikka.

The silver jewelry on her suit makes it even more attractive.

She also kept makeup to a minimum with a pink nude lipstick. Her husband complemented her in a white patani suit.

Fatima, who was born on May 29, 1982, is the author of several books, including a memoir titled “A Song of Blood and the Sword,” which recounts her family’s turbulent political history, and The novel “Shadows of Shadows”.
