Nakheel unveils new residential tower on Palm Jumeirah

Nakheel, a leading developer in Dubai, has launched Como Residences, a new exclusive residential development on the Palm Jumeirah that will offer residents a luxury living experience with privacy, exclusivity and a wide range of quality facilities.

The residences will redefine the Palm Jumeirah skyline, with the 71-storey residential tower rising more than 300 meters high.

According to Nakheel, Como Residences is limited to 76 residences, ranging from two to seven-bedroom apartments, including spacious duplex penthouses, and key amenities such as an elevated private sandy beach, a 25-meter plunge pool and a rooftop infinity pool.

The residences are impeccably designed, with luxurious finishes, natural light and ample space, with three-bedroom apartments offering approximately 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, it said.

In its statement, Nakheel said the tower’s innovative design ensures that each residence can take advantage of 180° to 360° views of Dubai and the Arabian Sea from wrap-around balconies.

It added that the development of Como Residences underscores Nakheel’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life of Dubai’s citizens, residents and visitors by providing an elevated beachside living experience.

Rasha Hasan, Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We are delighted to launch this project in Palm Jumeirah. Como Residences will be a great addition to Nakheel’s portfolio and will set a new standard for luxury living. With the best in design and functionality, this development It will provide residents with a unique and unique lifestyle.”

Each floor of the development will be occupied by just one or two residences, served by gated elevators to individual private lobbies, she said.

According to Hassan, the residences are designed with high ceilings in the living room, floor-to-ceiling insulated windows and smart home features, with some apartments also featuring private pools.

Valet parking and concierge services will be available in the lobby, while some residences will also feature separate driver’s quarters for enhanced privacy.

“Como Residences will also feature extensive landscaped areas as well as various leisure spaces. Other amenities include multiple swimming pools, paddle courts, squash courts, gym, spa and wellness center and secure storage space,” she added.-TradeArabia News Service
