Tandin Tshewang, founder of Naykap Gokab, said: “Before, even if people had innovative ideas, they didn’t know where to share them. With a web app like this, people just sign up and share their ideas. That’s how , anyone can see their ideas, and they have access to people who are willing to mentor them. This will also help them find potential investors.”

According to The Bhutan Live, the site is user-friendly and easy to navigate, accessible to both innovators and investors. However, the developers say they won’t stop there. They plan to develop a mobile app for the site in the future to improve accessibility.

Tandin Tshewang said: “Our current focus is on making the website as stable as possible so that people don’t have any problems using it. But as we go forward, we plan to make the website more accessible. .”

The Minister of Industry, Business and Employment said the platform is expected to create a collaboration and investment environment that is conducive to innovators and investors. This in turn is expected to drive innovation and economic growth in Bhutan, reports The Bhutan Live. (Arnie)
