DCT Abu Dhabi partners with Jordan Tourism Authority

The Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi) and Jordan Tourism have partnered to support initiatives aimed at promoting tourism and cultural exchange and creating a more engaging visitor experience.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), an unprecedented partnership, was signed by Saleh Mohamed Saleh Al Geziry, Director, DCT Abu Dhabi Tourism, and Dr. Abdalrazzaq Arabiyat, Managing Director, Jordan Tourism.

The MoU is a one-year agreement to strengthen tourism and economic cooperation, build dual-destination awareness, and drive increased leisure traffic in key markets through partnerships in trade and consumer events. The partnership also enables Abu Dhabi to emerge and build awareness in new markets as a leading global destination offering diverse and unparalleled experiences to tourists.

Saleh Mohamed Saleh Al Geziry said: “We are delighted to announce a new industry-leading partnership with the Jordan Tourism Authority. This marks the joining of two incredible destinations, working together to drive international tourism, strengthen economic cooperation and Promote cultural exchange.”

Dr Abdalrazzaq Arabiyat said: “We are extremely honored to enter into this partnership with Abu Dhabi, which is an important milestone in celebrating our unique national heritage and strengthening our offering to attract and welcome tourists from all over the world to our unique country. Destination. The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding provides Abu Dhabi and Jordan with a unique opportunity to jointly promote and market our diverse and unique national cultural heritage and strengthen the offerings of both destinations to welcome people from all over the world Tourists from all over.”

Under the MOU, the two entities will establish a robust system for the two destinations to exchange knowledge and market insights to promote tourism.

Partnership initiatives include joint sales workshops and training, roadshows to increase partner engagement, cultural exchanges (including student exchange programs and loan of valuable artefacts to the Zayed National Museum), sharing tourism data and best practices to bridge Gaps and support drive investment destination decisions. – trade arab news agency
