City Walk to open new wellness brand in Q4

Dubai’s City Walk, Merex Investment’s design-inspired lifestyle destination, has announced the expansion of its health and wellness offering, opening more than 30,000 sq ft of new tenants in the category by the fourth quarter of 2023.

City Walk has been actively leasing units on City Walk Boulevard to health, wellness and fitness operators since 2022, with the aim of creating a more diverse and sustainable tenant mix, thereby enhancing the overall community of residents and active lifestyle seekers experience.

Over the past 12 months, new tenants such as Al Rawi Medical Center (Dental), Perla Dermatology Clinic, Aspris Health Center and The Free Spirit Collective have opened their doors, joining existing services including some trusted pharmacies and Valiant Clinics. In 2023, City Walk visitors will see Circle Care Clinic, Assure Clinic, Dentaldate Dental Clinic, Mid Clinic and Smile Factor Clinic in the wellness category.

In addition to existing fitness tenants such as Fitness Zone, Boost and Pro Athletes Club House, City Walk will welcome Drop 10, Helt Gym, GOLFTEC and PHY Club in the fitness and lifestyle category.

City Walk is actively diversifying its tenant mix to keep pace with changing consumer trends. With projected revenues of US$223.9 million in the UAE fitness and wellness sector by 2023, City Walk is strategically positioning itself to tap into this growing segment.
