(Menarfin– Viola Communications) Abu Dhabi, UAE, 25th May 2023: United Arab Emirates delegation visited Central Vigilance Board of India and Comptroller and Auditor General of India, 22-23 May 2023.
This strategic visit aims to build strong relationships in the audit and anti-corruption fields and to mutually benefit from other initiatives and best practices.
UAE representatives discussed strategic topics such as the Supreme Audit Institution’s upcoming participation in the SAI20 summit in Goa, India next June, as well as ways to collaborate in various areas of interest.
Commenting on the strategic visit, the SAI UAE spokesperson said: “SAI UAE has always been committed to building strategic relationships with various authorities around the world and this visit embodies our desire to form strategic partnerships and benefit from best practices based on Improving and harmonizing efforts to combat corruption to the highest international standards is a goal we share with the ADAA to ensure the best use of public funds and resources to ensure their sustainability for future generations.”
An ADAA spokesperson said: “We are delighted to take part in this visit and to work with all parties within and outside the UAE to achieve common goals by spreading a culture of integrity, accountability and transparency and forging partnerships to benefit from it. In auditing and fighting corruption best international practice in this area and become a pioneer in this field.
