Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights has appointed two accomplished professionals to its team, with Fredrick Kallukaran appointed Assistant Director Food and Beverage and Ramin Yousefi Pour as the new Head Chef.

Longtime Hyatt family member Fredrick Kallukaran serves as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. Since joining Hyatt Regency Mumbai as a Team Leader in 2005, Fredrick has continuously honed his skills in the F&B industry, learning from industry professionals and taking on new challenges along the way.

After relocating to Dubai in 2013, he continued to thrive within the Hyatt brand and made his mark at various Hyatt properties including Grand Hyatt Dubai. In his last role as Food and Beverage Manager, he fearlessly rose to the challenge of taking the department to new heights. With an insatiable appetite for new adventures, Frederick is poised to make a major contribution to the overall success of Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.

Complementing this appointment, Ramin Yousefi Pour will become the hotel’s new Head Chef. With an impressive culinary career spanning over 18 years, Ramin brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Ramin’s most recent role as Executive Sous Chef at the Grand Hyatt Dubai is further proof of his culinary prowess. Ramin began his Hyatt journey in 2015 as an event chef and continues to delight the taste buds of loyal guests with his dedication and talent.
