He said: “Today, we hear some positive developments, but we must acknowledge that persistent systemic barriers continue to impede women’s ability to effectively participate in the climate agenda. The event was attended by representatives from the UAE diplomatic community, government and specialized agencies, international organisations, NGOs, academia, think tanks, the private sector and youth organisations.
