Global Village is the region’s leading multicultural family entertainment, dining, shopping and attractions destination, recognized as the UAE’s leading attraction in the latest YouGov study ‘Sizzling Summer: Uncovering Leisure and Entertainment Trends in the GCC’.
In a survey of more than 2,000 respondents from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Global Village emerged as the most popular attraction in the UAE over the past 12 months. Nearly two-fifths of UAE residents chose Global Village, making it twice as popular as any other venue, demonstrating the broad appeal of Global Village as a family-friendly destination for entertainment, dining, shopping and attractions.
Global Village also topped the list of places respondents intend to visit again within the next 12 months, with more than a third of respondents saying they intend to visit Global Village within the next year.
Global Village welcomed a record 9 million visitors in its 27th season, with 27 pavilions featuring more than 90 cultures and 40,000 performances from more than 40 different countries. Guests can also experience more than 175 rides and attractions, shop and dine at more than 3,250 stores and watch 77 unique fireworks displays.
Earlier this month, Global Village announced the extension of season 28, from October 18, 2023 to April 28, 2024.
