If you look up at the sky of the UAE in the next few nights, you might enjoy the food. According to the Dubai Astronomical Organization, a spectacular meteor shower is expected to illuminate the sky of the UAE, with up to 120 meteors per hour.
The annual December Gemini meteor shower is considered to be the most visually satisfying of all meteor showers of the year. The showers are said to run between December 4th and 16th, however, they are expected to peak on the night of December 13th and 14th.

According to the European Space Agency: “This meteor shower seems to originate at a point in Gemini near Castor and Pollux, but you don’t have to look there—just look at the darkest part of the sky.”
The agency also stated: ” Gemini Meteor bodies are tiny rock fragments, grains of sand to the size of a pea, falling off an asteroid called Phaethon. “
“For centuries, these particles have spread along the orbits of the asteroids, forming a moving’river of rubble’ that is hundreds of millions of kilometers long. Every year in mid-December, the earth’s orbit around the sun takes us through this every year. Particle flow.”
