A theater is fully licensed…
The cinema in Dubai is more than just a bucket of popcorn and a movie screening. Today, the standard film journey has evolved into a complete experience. Cinemacity is the new luxurious all-VIP dining theater in the heart of Dubai, and it looks spectacular.
Cinemacity is from Beirut, Lebanon. The new Dubai outpost is located between Address Fountain Views and Downtown Kitchens. Cinemacity Dubai will have five VIP theaters, as well as another licensed theater and lounge for those who like to watch movies.
The stadium has 220 spectator seats. All VIP Dine In theaters have Dh75 reclining club-level seats and Dh150 fully reclining VIP seats, which need to be booked in pairs for Dh300. While you relax and enjoy the movie, you can also order dishes such as Taiwanese popcorn chicken, Angus beef slides with truffle fries or freshly made sushi rolls.
Cinemacity is not like any colorful, fancy theater. From the entrance lobby to the theater, to the lounge and bar, it is stylish and sophisticated. The color scheme is midnight blue and bold black, with subtle gold details here and there, using luxurious marble and soft leather seats.
Azul Lounge & Theatre is a new licensing concept. The Azul Theater will show regular movies, or it can be privately rented (very suitable for birthday parties). You can choose any movie from the past six months, or one of Cinemacity’s experts will choose one for you.
There is a licensed bar at the back of the theater that serves cocktails such as Cuba Libre made with popcorn and butter-dipped rum, matcha margarita made with grapefruit, and bourbon soaked in peanut butter “Old-fashioned” cocktails. It offers a Japanese Mediterranean menu, including fresh raw food, classic bread rolls and hot snacks.
