Q1. What made you start Zenith Business Solutions and tell us a little about your journey?
Abbas: The idea for Zenith came to me while I was working in academics. I saw my colleagues facing daily problems because of poor IT services. My own struggles with these issues helped me understand what customers really needed – a solution that would fix their problems and simplify their lives. This realization inspired me to start Zenith – to help people and businesses through technology. Guided by values such as honesty, creativity, and teamwork, Zenith has grown into a reliable global partner, offering solutions that truly make a difference.Â

Abbas: It is my goal to use technology as a force for good, ensuring that it has a positive impact on society and contributes to solving global issues such as climate change. Success to me isn’t only about making money; it’s about forming strong connections with people, encouraging my team, and coming up with innovative solutions that will help create a better future for generations to come.
Q3. In what ways has your leadership style shaped the growth and culture of Zenith?
Abbas: My leadership style is grounded in integrity, accountability and recognition. I trust my team to make decisions, even if it means taking risks. I let them know I’ll be there to help when things get tough and to celebrate when they succeed. This approach has helped us create a team that’s innovative, resilient, and capable to handle challenges while coming up with smart solutions. I’m proud of the positive and encouraging atmosphere we’ve built, where everyone feels empowered to contribute and grow together as a team.Â

Abbas: I consider my team to be our biggest asset. Their dedication and out-of-the-box thinking are key to our success. Q5. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced working in the IT industry?
Abbas: Our biggest challenge has been keeping up with the fast pace of technological changes. A few years back we had anticipated that cloud computing would be the next big thing and trained our team to handle related security issues. Similarly, now, we are adapting to the new opportunities and challenges brought by the likes of AI, machine learning and automation. Our proactive approach to giving our team the necessary skills has turned these obstacles into strengths, keeping us resilient and innovative in the industry.

Abbas: I believe sustainable growth requires foresight and preparation. By staying abreast with emerging trends, aligning technology with customer goals and integrating innovation into every aspect of our work, we ensure that growth happens naturally and seamlessly. In order to achieve long-term success and stability it is important to embrace change, plan strategically, and evolve with the times.
Q7. Can you share an example of a strategic challenge your team successfully tackled?
Abbas:Â Every project has its challenges, but a recent one stands out. Despite thorough planning, we were still confronted with unforeseen challenges that required us to think on our feet. By working closely as a team and leveraging our collective experience, we were able to come up with creative and effective solutions that exceeded our client’s expectations. This experience taught me about strategic thinking and the power of teamwork to overcome a variety of obstacles in order to get the job done.
Q8. How do you balance your professional and personal life and what keeps you inspired?
Abbas:Â I’m a big believer in having a consistent daily routine, and this is what keeps me productive. My day starts with a walk, followed by reading, and meditation – all of which keep me focused and grounded. Interacting with my team and clients also inspires me to think about how AI and IoT among other technologies will shape the future. Quiet moments are equally important for me as they help me recharge, giving me time to reflect, analyze and plan innovative solutions. It is a balance of mindful habits and ambitions that keeps me motivated and fulfilled both on the personal and professional front.Â

Abbas:Â At Zenith, we focus on creating new ideas and solutions. Our vision for 2025, is to be a leader in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, helping businesses simplify routine tasks to work better and be more productive and efficient. We educate our clients on how AI can work alongside humans to enhance workflows without taking away the human touch. By combining top-quality solutions with a focus on user needs, we’re changing what can be achieved and helping our clients feel ready for the future.
Q.10 What message or advice would you like to give to young entrepreneurs and leaders aiming to make a meaningful impact?
Abbas:Â My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs would be to always lead with integrity and a clear sense of purpose. Take challenges as opportunities to learn & grow and remain flexible to adapt to changes. Focus on building strong, sincere relationships with your team and clients. Don’t just aim for profits; create value that can help others. While being innovative is important, make sure your ideas also benefit society and the environment. Most importantly, trust in your dreams and encourage others.
