The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) has launched its new smart app, which offers several features, most notably the ‘Wajib’ platform.
It allows individuals to report any financial or administrative misconduct that could cost public funds and resources, not only to investigate but also to prevent them from happening. This encourages a sense of shared responsibility and promotes a culture of awareness in the emirate of Abu Dhabi to protect public resources.
ADAA develops its digital platform according to the highest global quality and information security standards, and utilizes the latest artificial intelligence technology and the best use of data, while maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of users, aiming to promote the value of accountability and improve the integrity of government Awareness of employees and individuals, thereby enhancing the emirate’s reputation and increasing trust in its financial and economic system.
The ADAA Smart app, available for download from Google Play and the Apple Store, provides all community members with convenient and easy access to ADAA’s programs and platforms, such as the Wajib platform and financial disclosure platform for senior government employees.
An ADAA spokesperson said the digital transformation process reflects the authority’s vision and mission to protect public funds and the ADAA Smart app is in line with Abu Dhabi’s digital agenda.
