These dates will be the first time Monster Jam has shown off its dazzling off-road in the UAE since 2013. know your monster
While the exact lineup of competing vehicles has yet to be finalized, we’re likely to see some big names in the game, including…
gravedigger
This ghoul-themed Monster Jam icon, detailed with signature green and black flames, debuted in 1981 and was originally based on a 1951 Chevrolet Flatbed Wagon. Dennis Anderson, the Dr. Frankenstein behind the design, has won four Monster Jam World Finals titles, racing in 2004 and 2006 and freestyle in 2010 and 2000.
Max-D
This menacing-looking contraption wouldn’t look out of place in Mad Max’s Fury Road—we’re not entirely sure if the naming overlap is a complete coincidence. Driver Tom Meents is a 14-time Monster Championship winner with his signature rear studs and one of the most powerful engines on Tour.
mad cow
Born in 2001, this bull-inspired OMG-wagon has been ripping through the roof ever since. It takes a crew of four to tame this mad bull, and riders include some of the biggest names in the sport, including Becky McDonough, Chuck Werner and Marc McDonald. Complete with nasal vents and a 3D molded body – this is the kind of cow you don’t want to see in a china store.
Megalodon
When the Megalodon is in the arena, it’s always Shark Week. Named for one of the prehistoric ocean’s most fearsome predators, this 5-ton whopper is hard to catch and always ready to “die” before its rivals. The newest member of the Monster Jam family, Megalodon debuted in 2017, breaking out the competition and winning that year’s Monster Jam Triple Threat Series.
