Abu Dhabi Airports signs agreement with ICP to improve service quality

A new agreement between Abu Dhabi Airports, which manages and operates Abu Dhabi’s five airports, and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) will drive and upgrade all Abu Dhabi Airports terminals and facilities of excellent service.

The agreement will see Abu Dhabi Airports and ICP adopt best practices in security, safety and air transport to enhance the passenger experience.

Major General Saeed Al Shamsi, executive director of the Abu Dhabi General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, said the agreement is a testament to the long-term joint efforts and cooperation with Abu Dhabi Airports and various entities associated with the authorities.
