Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Dubai have been named among the top five safest cities in the world, according to global economic data provider Numbeo, reinforcing the country’s position as a safe and secure destination to work and live in . social and security areas.
Data for the first half of 2023 showed the UAE capital as the safest city in the world, followed by Ajman in second and Dubai in fifth. Abu Dhabi has held the top spot since 2022.

Numbeo publishes data and rankings for hundreds of cities on an annual and semi-annual basis, covering topics as diverse as quality of life, crime, healthcare, pollution, and traffic.
