The e-ticket will be displayed via SMS, which contains all the necessary details related to the violation.

ITC has urged the public to ensure that their contact information includes a valid phone number so that they can be notified of any public parking violations. If the e-ticket penalty is paid within 30 days after issuance, this step will also enable them to enjoy a 25% discount.

This initiative supports the digital transformation of ITC services and the expansion of the intelligent service base.
