Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi Global Markets Academy (ADGMA), the knowledge arm of ADGM, and EDGE Group PJSC (“EDGE” or the “Group”), one of the world’s leading advanced technology groups in defense and beyond, have signed an understanding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to facilitate talent development and professional growth.
As part of the agreement, ADGMA and EDGE will collaborate in areas related to learning and innovation, and will work together to develop and build upskilling and reskilling programs to create ongoing employability. The MoU provides ADGMA and EDGE with a framework to exchange best practices and expertise to foster growth and support the UAE’s vision of transforming into a knowledge-based economy through strategic cooperation. It will also provide EDGE with world-class talent assessment and development tools.
