The official called for more such cooperation among all forms of media, saying the themes will take centre stage at next week’s Global Media Conference in Abu Dhabi, which will take place from November 15 to 17. held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
Organised by WAM in partnership with the ADNEC Group, the three-day event is expected to be attended by up to 1,200 attendees, including 162 speakers.
Al Rayssi, who is also chairman of the senior organizing committee of the conference, said the event will showcase future industry trends and help shape the industry.

In addition to the lab, the convention will feature live talk shows, programs to empower young media, a global buyer program, and a special session on the role of the media in promoting social tolerance.
Speakers included Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrouei, UAE Minister of State for Youth Affairs; Ramzan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Bahrain’s Minister of Information; Mona Ghanem, Zimbabwe’s Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting; Chandra, Michael Peters, president of France Euronews.
The inaugural conference is expected to have 170 exhibitors, providing investment opportunities for visiting exhibitors.
