The Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG), affiliated to the Ministry of Government Support, launched the “Kirkpatrick Level 4 Course”®The Evaluation Certification Program” aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of Kirkpatrick’s methodology and the learning and development evaluation process to maximize the performance results of their respective government entities.
The formulation of the plan is part of ADSG’s efforts to improve the capabilities and training of government employees, and also cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development in order to build a sustainable knowledge economy.
As a globally recognized method for evaluating the results of training and learning programs, the Kirkpatrick method provides a standard for leveraging and validating investment in talent.
Participants will also learn about the four levels of assessment and receive a Participant Handbook that contains examples and templates that can be used to build their own “hybrid assessment plan”®‘Tools, and a comprehensive understanding of the measurement content of each level.
The program will explore the reasons why evaluation is critical to the success of training, and provide participants with an opportunity to listen to case studies and success stories of companies that have effectively used the model, so that everyone can understand which strategies can help allocate training resources effectively.
