A message on their Instagram page, now bidding…
Cove Beach has been leading the wave of new beach clubs opening in Abu Dhabi in recent years. The ultra-luxury shoreline hangout is imported from Dubai, and the Caesars Palace location has been and will continue to be – attracting glamorous day trips and barefoot beach chic suits.
Back in November 2020, the capital unfurled its parasols in the Makers section of Postcard Corner, Isle of Reme. Over-the-sea infinity pools, themed music nights, incredible ladies’ and gents’ deals, sunset sessions, brunches, water sports and shoreline bashing bring Abu Dhabi a breath of fresh air, so it’s no wonder the beach club’s overnight success Strange.
But according to a post on their Instagram page, Cove Beach appears to be taking a break now. This is known as a “temporary closure” and dates back to October 10, 2022 – so while we’re a little late to the closing party, we’re still a little bit saddened by the news. We never said goodbye.
The 1,000-capacity club created in partnership with IMKAN, as mentioned above, is part of the new Maker Zone in Reem, a creative hub that combines innovative retail, leisure, entrepreneurship and craft concepts, and Presented in a modern style – bohemian, architectural wonder.
Cove Beach is probably best known for its wild ‘Rosé All Day’ and ‘Rosé All Night’ deals – they represent some of the best value ladies’ night packages in the city and they make sure the lads have their own package to go with it also. This almost never happens. *sniffs*
They say you won’t realize what you have until it’s gone, and like most clichés, that’s the truth. We only hope that the temporary is not a long-term temporary. Fingers crossed, we’ll be raving about the waves again soon.
