The start of the boat show season is here, and every performer should have a special show in their calendar.

ADIBS is taking place in its fourth year at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC)’s marina and the newly completed Marina Hall. The state-of-the-art venue is one of the few in the world capable of hosting indoor, outdoor and marine events simultaneously. Here, the fair will take up the majority of the terminal, with a 40% increase in attendance compared to last year.
The show has built a reputation as a great day for boat fans and their families, creating an accessible, educational and approachable atmosphere for ocean lovers to see and learn about boating, fishing and boating in an area. The latest release in the water sports sector is over 40,000 square meters.
Last year, more than 8,000 visitors passed through the gates – an impressive number for a show in its infancy. Leading brands such as Sunreef Yachts and Falcon Tenders have been confirmed as exhibitors at the 2022 show, bringing with them a range of exciting new product launches.
Falcon Tenders will showcase two luxury boats, Miss Wonderley and Miss Leblanc, while Sunreef Yacht International will showcase its Sunreef 60 catamaran.
The event is a great opportunity to showcase yacht builders in the region and their new products. EVO Yachts will debut its EVO Yacht R4 at the event. Gulf Craft, I Marine’s and Gulf Masters are other UAE-based builders you can discover there. Germany’s Mayla Yachts and SAY Carbon Yachts will also be on display in the water.
Interactive Experience
In addition to a slew of new launches, show attendees will have the opportunity to take part in a range of events, including the newest attraction #NaviagationHub. This area is dedicated to teaching and offering visitors a range of marine activities, and another area is geared towards younger visitors who want the opportunity to fish and learn from experienced anglers. For participating foodies, celebrity chefs will be on hand to share tips on topics such as how to make the best sushi and what to make with algae.
The region’s leading professional flyboarder and freestyle Aquabike world champion Rashed Al Mulla will showcase his skills at the Abu Dhabi Ocean Sports Club on November 26 at the Emirates Flyboard Championships. Especially for those who want to try or already enjoy small-scale boating, model boating will also be at this year’s show.
