Abu Dhabi: The Zayed Senior Organization for People of Determination (ZHO) and the Family Care Authority (FCA) of Abu Dhabi have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen their efforts to provide integrated social services to people of determination Aspects of mutual cooperation and their families.

This will enable them to diagnose the type and extent of disability and ensure appropriate psychological and social counselling for determined individuals and their families, including psychological, behavioural and adjustment issues and prevention and treatment of developmental disorders.
ZHO will also provide dedicated training programmes to meet the needs of people of determination and will share data on these people and their families with the FCA. In addition to providing FCA’s building and facility decision makers with technical expertise and professional advice on environmental codes and standards, ZHO will provide services to support these individuals in case management and related research and studies.
