The sixth edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 isn’t too far off, and one of this year’s new franchises, Morrisville SAMP Army, believes they have enough money to challenge the other seven teams in the competition.

Head coach Lance Klusener believes the SAMP Army has created a lineup that fits their plan.

“We’re very happy with the team we were able to put together. We pretty much got the combination of what we were looking for and the players we were looking for. Hopefully we can find consistency with the performance over the course of the game,” Crusenna said.

“We don’t have to change strategy too much. We’ve been lucky in this draft. Yes, they do change and can be erratic, but I think there are enough options to suit our playstyle.”

The Morrisville SAMP Army has named David Miller as their signature player and signed the likes of Anrich Nortje (Platinum), Moeen Ali and Shimron Hetmyer ahead of the official draft on September 26.

Talking about the presence of international stars, Crusenna explained: “We’ve been fortunate to have a wealth of experience from David, Moen, Norger and Heitmeier and other players who have been selected. We just need 2 weeks to find consistent performance throughout.”

It’s no secret that the Morrisville SAMP Army’s team is dynamic, and team owner Ritesh Patel is very happy about it.

“After being selected in the official draft, I feel like this is an extraordinary team and we think we have the best combination. Morrisville SAMP Army is looking forward to the sixth season of T10 Abu Dhabi. It will be An amazing game.”

“We had a plan, we had a couple of meetings before the draft, and we planned it well, with support from almost every side. Actually, everything went according to plan, and we’re happy,” he said.

Madhukar Shree, CEO of Morrisville SAMP Army, is also very excited about the game and the team they have put together. He said: “The SAMP Army is balanced in every way and I think we can put up a solid challenge in the title race. The SAMP Army has some very explosive batsmen and bowlers who are also hard to come by. Points. We have the elements of a championship team and like the manager Lance Krussen said, we just need to be consistent.”
