(Menarfin– Emirates News Agency (WAM))ABU DHABI, 25th May, 2023 (WAM) — The 23rd International Indian Film Academy Awards, IIFA, will be held on 26th and 27th May, 2023 in Abu Dhabi.
In partnership with the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi) and Miral, a celebration of Indian cinema will be held at the Etihad Arena.

IIFA 2023 will kick off the festivities on May 26 with Sobha IIFA Rocks, hosted by Farah Khan Kunder and Rajkummar Rao, with performances by Amit Trivedi and several popular singers Badshah, Sunidhi Chauhan, Nucleya, Sukhbir Singh.
Sobha IIFA Rocks’ highly anticipated special this year is the premiere of an exclusive showcase by renowned celebrity designer Manish Malhotra, who is celebrating 25 years in the fashion industry.
Nexa IIFA Awards will be held on 27 May 2023, hosted by Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal, featuring exciting Bollywood superstars Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Nora Fatehi and Rakul Preet Singh Performance.
One of the highlights of the Sobha IIFA weekend is a series of masterclasses designed for film buffs, aspiring filmmakers and enthusiasts. The masterclass series includes “director’s cuts” with Kabir Khan and Omung Kumar, as well as mandatory sessions with celebrity hair and makeup artist Nabila.
