The first Middle East Blockchain Awards (MEBA) will be held in Abu Dhabi in November 2022 to recognize and reward efforts in the field of blockchain and Web3 innovation.
Hoko Agency Middle East will host the awards in conjunction with Abu Dhabi Financial Week, a platform for the Abu Dhabi Global Market; the Middle East, Africa and Asia Crypto and Blockchain Association (MEAACBA).
MEBA will be held on 18th November 2022 at West Palm Gardens – Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi was selected as the host city for the inaugural awards due to the UAE leadership’s commitment to advancement and innovation in blockchain and digital transformation, a statement said.
“Blockchain is creating a digital ecosystem that will support a new world of services and products, from financial services to the real economy,” said Jehanzeb Awan, MEAACBA board member, founding partner and CEO of J. Awan and Partners. The East Blockchain Awards will help drive innovation, reward excellence, and provide a benchmark for companies to aspire to and make a significant contribution to the regional ecosystem.”
