The Travel Education Summit ended with a high profile in Abu Dhabi. To this end, the Emirate of Abu Dhabi has developed a strategy to eliminate toad deaths by 2040. Information, education and awareness campaigns play an important role in achieving the goal of zero deaths. As a result, Abu Dhabi has been running several awareness campaigns on how to ride bicycles and e-scooters safely, while holding special training and workshops for motorcyclists and other specific target groups, including school bus drivers.
Experts at the meeting praised the role of artificial intelligence in mobility, and agreed that machine learning will be indispensable for artificial intelligence in mobility; it will become the technological foundation and source of important competitive advantages in the coming decades. Also, artificial intelligence may completely replace the driver on the road, which will eliminate the human factor, and the road safety will be at the highest possible level, reducing the number of road accidents.
